Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how sessions booked through the Aham Nirvana Platform ("Platform", operated by Abryx Tech LLP) may be cancelled or rescheduled. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
Booking Acceptance
A User may schedule a session, which is accepted at the discretion of Aham Nirvana. We must receive and process a User's payment before an order is accepted. Please review your session order carefully before submitting, as Aham Nirvana may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
Where the Platform makes cancellation or rescheduling options available for a booking, you may use them subject to any notice period shown at the time of booking. If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Missed or Late-Cancelled Sessions
> Unless expressly stated otherwise, Aham Nirvana does not guarantee refunds for missed sessions or late cancellations.
Cancellation by Aham Nirvana or a Practitioner
Aham Nirvana reserves the right to accept or decline any session for any reason at its sole discretion. If a practitioner becomes unavailable, we will attempt to reschedule the session or, where applicable, process a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
