Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains when fees paid for sessions booked through the Aham Nirvana Platform ("Platform", operated by Abryx Tech LLP) may be refunded. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

General Position

Payment for a session must be received and processed before a booking is accepted. A User is required to review its session order carefully before submitting, as Aham Nirvana may be unable to accommodate cancellation or refund requests after an order is accepted.

When Refunds May Be Issued

A refund of the amount paid may be issued at Aham Nirvana's discretion where:

• A session is cancelled by Aham Nirvana or is not accepted after payment.
• A practitioner becomes unavailable and the session cannot be delivered or rescheduled.
• A duplicate or erroneous charge has occurred.

Where a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method through our authorized payment partner. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Discretionary Adjustments

Aham Nirvana may, at its sole discretion, withhold payouts, freeze settlements, or adjust refunds and chargebacks where a dispute, fraud, or non-compliance is suspected.
