Energy Healing · Reiki Distance Healing
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice centred around the flow of universal life force energy, traditionally used to support balance and harmony across the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. This Distance Reiki Healing journey begins with a Guidance Call with your preferred practitioner. The conversation allows the practitioner to understand your current experiences and concerns and assess what kind of support may be appropriate for you. Based on this understanding, the practitioner recommends the healing journey and number of sessions required, with an initial 3-session plan generally recommended. Unlike a live Reiki session, the healing is sent remotely during the night. The practitioner directs the Reiki based on the understanding, assessment, and intentions established during the Guidance Call. Night-time allows you to rest or sleep while the healing is being offered, away from the usual activities and distractions of the day, creating a quiet and uninterrupted space to receive and absorb the healing energy. You do not need to be awake, consciously participate, stay in a particular position, or even know the exact time the Reiki is being sent. You can simply continue with your normal routine and rest naturally. The journey also includes 10–15 minute feedback calls following each healing session. These conversations allow you to share any changes, experiences, or shifts you have noticed, while helping the practitioner understand your response and guide the next healing session accordingly. At the end of the journey, the final feedback call provides an opportunity to reflect on the overall experience, understand the progress made, and determine whether further sessions may be beneficial or whether the journey can be wrapped up.
